My favorite exercise is hiking which keep me not only in a good sharp but also close to nature. It is wonderful to stand on the top of the mountain with gentle wind breezing. In the beginning, exercise isn’t important and interesting to me. Several of my friends don’t feel like to exercise. They hate the feeling of sticky after exercise. In my opinion, “Lazy” should be the best description for them. I have been considered how to stop my boyfriend ridiculing my figure. Exercise is the best way to change it. Last Sunday was a sunny day and I received the invitation from Albert to go hiking. We spent 30 minutes to the Chaishan of mountain in Kaohsiung City. We longed to start hiking immediately. Besides, we couldn’t believe what we saw, there were so many people there and ready to go hiking from the hillside at 5 a.m such an early morning. The mountain was magnificent to me. That was a good chance to challenge myself. We started after enjoyed surrounding environment. My heart seems to jump out and I hardly breathe smoothly after a few minutes. However, Albert seemed very relaxing because he exercises frequently. I thought that exercise is the key to keep health. Soon our clothes were wet and sweated like troopers. We decided to take a break for a moment and enjoyed the scenery of mountains. The birds twittered around us and flew with freedom in the blue sky. I wished I were a bird and flew like them. After the rest, we kept going. We saved our words in order to arrive in the top mountain eerily. Fair day with blue sky, cool breeze and all the views of here were exciting. Of course, my boyfriend stayed with me. About midday, we finally stood on the top of mountain. A lightly breeze blew to dry sweat from our face. It’s the happiest time in the hike. We were getting great vigor. We are crazy about hiking. I made up my mind to go hiking every week with Albert, of course.
